Hi Keeper of Chocolate..this lovely creation is called Tarte aux fruit...pastry based filled with creme patisserie and topped with fresh fruit. Unfortunately I don;t have the recipe and did not make it. My brother bought it from Sainsburys..local big supermarket. Will call you next time:-)
